Lyle Fried brings more than 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field to his role as Director of Strategic Partnerships. He is a Certified Addictions Professional, Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Certified Masters Mental Health Coach, and Certified Recovery Residence Administrator. In addition, Lyle is an Approved Trainer for the Florida Certification Board and an Approved Instructor for ICISF PCI trainings.
Lyle’s commitment to service extends into his community roles as an ordained pastor and chaplain with the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office and the Port St. Lucie Police Department. He is an active member of the Treasure Coast Critical Incident Stress Management Team and the International Conference of Police Chaplains, where he focuses on supporting veterans and first responders impacted by mental health and substance use challenges.
Over the course of his career, Lyle has helped develop and consult on behavioral health facilities in seven states, serving in leadership positions that include owner, CEO, Clinical Director, Program Director, and counselor. He has served on several Scientific Advisory Boards and has published more than 40 articles in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of medicine, neuroscience, and pharmacology. His research interests include genetics, neurotransmitters, and nutritional approaches to mental health and addiction treatment.
Lyle also leads faith-based initiatives as the lead pastor of Recovery Church Treasure Coast, where he has introduced and expanded recovery-focused spiritual programming. Internationally, he serves as President of Mont Sinai Ministries in Bayonnais, Haiti, where his leadership has resulted in more than 200 clean water and sanitation projects, the construction of schools, orphanages, churches, a medical clinic, agricultural projects, and a mental health home. He has also been part of international disaster relief efforts in response to earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and volcanic eruptions across North and South America and the Caribbean.
In addition to his professional and humanitarian work, Lyle plays an active role in Rotary International, serving at both the district and regional levels, and currently holds the position of Area Governor. His wide-ranging experience, deep compassion, and commitment to service make him a driving force in advancing recovery and community wellness.
