Celebrating National Recovery Month

Maintaining an active addiction can be stressful, expensive and time-consuming. Even if you originally started drinking or using drugs to relax and fit in with friends, a worsening habit will eventually leave you feeling anxious and alone.

Often, people struggling with their mental and behavioral health carry a significant burden of guilt and shame. They may also become socially isolated and withdrawn, which can compound other problems by leaving them with nobody to talk to. At Beach House, we have intentionally crafted a welcoming, caring culture that is the opposite of all the chaos and negativity that surround addiction.

How to Find the Hope You’ve Been Missing

Every September, we celebrate National Recovery Month to spread the positive message that healing is possible. Throughout Beach House’s history, we have helped hundreds of adults find freedom from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.

While staying in our residential treatment program, clients who come to us feeling discouraged, desperate and disconsolate find the compassion they deserve and embrace new opportunities in their lives. Here’s what some of our alumni have said about their time with us.

“The nurses, the staff, the technicians and the medical team were all top-notch, very helpful and loving. If you’re looking to clean your life up and end the long cycle of substance abuse, I only recommend Beach House. They encompass the 12-step program, and they are about the evidence of the disease of addiction.” – R.R.

“The therapists here are great, well-educated and I felt that they had my best interests at heart. Another thing is that most of the staff, including the owner, are in recovery, which is something I truly value. We were able to go to the beach twice daily, the gym and outside meetings. I hope to visit someday as a speaker, as I intend to keep in touch through the alumni association.” – T.E.

“For my whole life, I have had serious problems with drugs and alcohol. Not only am I an addict but bipolar as well. This facility saved my life on both levels. I am now sober and on a medication regimen that is actually helping me. If you are reading this, know you are worthy and help is just a call away.” – E.B.

What Sets Us Apart?

At Beach House, we’ve helped people find freedom from addiction since 2016. We have built a beautiful, resort-like enclave in the quiet community of Juno Beach, Florida, where you can get the help you need to get and stay clean and sober. The connection and clinical excellence we provide are the foundation for sustained recovery.

For the past two years, our multi-accredited facility has earned a spot on the list of America’s best drug and alcohol treatment centers. This ranking is a testament to our evidence-based treatment methods, industry-leading therapist-to-client ratio and the wide range of options we offer to our residents and their families.

Through individual and group therapy, 12-step meetings, nutritionist-prepared meals and alumni involvement, we help our current and past clients stay committed to the work it takes to live a healthy, substance-free lifestyle.
